In the KWPN Stallion Competition Notting Hill JL showed tremendous scope combined with carefulness and the right mentality. In every competition he jumped clear rounds and in Exloo Notting Hill JL combines two absolute top horses from Jos Lansink's sports career: Cumano and Valentina van 't Heike. The powerful Cumano is without a doubt one of the most impressive stallions of the past twenty years. Cumano competed in the Olympic Games in both Athens and Hong Kong and won spectacular silver at the European Championships in Mannheim in 2007. His most memorable achievement, of course, is the gold medal at the 2006 World Equestrian Games in Aachen, where Cumano and Lansink jumped into the history books forever.
Ridden by Jos Lansink, dam Valentina van 't Heike was also one of Belgium's best combinations for many years. The extremely talented Nabab de RÍve daughter won the Grand Prix of Abu Dhabi and Paris and was runner-up in the Global Champions Tour final in Doha. In addition, Valentina won team bronze at the World Equestrian Games in Kentucky in 2010 and competed at the European Championships in Madrid in 2011 and the Olympic Games in London in 2012.
In breeding, Valentina van 't Heike has also been hugely successful. She is dam of the famous stallion Epleaser van 't Heike, who jumped at the highest level with both Christian Ahlmann and Frank Schuttert. Ridden by Ahlmann, Epleaser van 't Heike won the Grand Prix of Treffen and the Nations Cup of Aachen in 2016. In addition to Epleaser, Valentina van 't Heike also produced the Grand Prix showjumper Boomer van 't Heike, who had some great successes with Mathijs van Asten and Kim Thiry. Furthermore, Valentina van 't Heike is dam of the talented approved stallions Chaudfontaine JL Z and Cavalier Russe Z.
Notting Hill JL and Laura Kjaergaard Baaring were one of the double clear combinations.
